All UK package orders are delivered Free of Charge however some accessories maybe subject to delivery charges.
All stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days of order. Most UK orders will be delivered next day of dispatch (depending on post-code, more remote addresses may take 2 days). Non UK orders will be shipped Standard Delivery. Time will be dependant on shipping zone. Shipping costs will be dependant on weight of product ordered.
Please note: A surcharge will be applicable to non European mainland destinations such as Cyprus, Malta, Greek Islands and The Balerics.
Non stock items should be dispatched within 7-10 working days unless customer is advised individually by a member of the Spindrift Team. All customers will be notified by a member of the Spindrift Team advising of date of dispatch following completion of order. Please Note: ALL Non UK European orders are subject to delivery charges dependant on weight/ volume of order.

All new Sea Eagle products are covered by a 3 year manufacturers warranty.

If we have not despatched an order and you have contacted Spindrift UK Ltd before this point, refunds can be made and no further actions are required.
Once an order has been placed, accepted and the order despatched refunds or returns must be made using the steps outlined below.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Spindrift UK LTD we will provide you with a replacement or full refund (of the product price and cost of delivering to you). Please follow the steps below:
Products should be unused, unassembled and in the original packaging.
You have a 7 working day cooling off period from date of delivery, to notify us that you would like to return the product(s).
Before returning products, please contact Spindrift by email email@example.com and a specific member of the team will assist you with any issues.
Your original receipt number should then be clearly written on the carton(s) being returned.
Products should be returned to us in good condition within 28 days (20 working days) of the date they were delivered to you.
When organising a return, we suggest you to return goods via a fully insured courier or special delivery so that you have a proof of delivery back to us.
Please note: Certain card issuers have been known to take up to 10 working days to show the refund on debit/credit cards. Once we have issued a refund onto your card, you will need to contact your card issuer if the refund has not appeared on your statement. Thank you.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations, further details of which are available from your local trading standard department or citizens advice bureau.
Note: If a refund takes place Spindrift UK Ltd will recoup some or all initial delivery costs for the items getting returned or refunded.
Under certain circumstances administration charges may also be applied to cover costs incurred by Spindrift UK Ltd during the refund process.
